脾巨大海绵状血管瘤CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Huge Splenic Cavernous Hemangioma

笔者报告经手术病理证实的2例脾脏巨大海绵状血管瘤。其中1例手术前CT 诊断明确,1例误诊。本文复习有关文献,介绍脾脏血管瘤的临床表现,病理改变,重点讨论了CT 扫描技术,CT 特征以及鉴别诊断等问题。以期同道们在临床CT 诊断工作中引起足够注意。

2 cases of huge splenic cavernous hemangioma(SCHA)proved by surgico-pathology werepresented.One case the CT diagnosis is correct before surgical operation,the other is misdiagnosis.Reviewed with literature,this article introduce clinical manifestation,pathological changesabout spleniccavernous hemangioma,the CT scanning techniques,CT features and differential diagnosis of SCHA werediscussed especially.Expect that doctors have enough attention during the work of CT diagnosis.
