34例早期食管癌的X线分析

Radiological Diagnosis of 34 Cases of Oesophagus Carcinoma in Early Stage

扬中县是全国食管癌高发区之一。43例早期食管癌X 线低张双对比造影检出率最高达到88.2%。糜烂型和乳头型早癌易检出、斑块型次之,平坦型X 线难显示。癌组织浸润粘膜下层X 线全部检出,浸润粘膜层检出90.9%。原位癌只有33.3%的检出率而且不能肯定诊断。

Yang Zhong county is the one of hightest incidence of the oesophagus carcinoma in ourcountry.The detectable rate(88.2%)by low tension double-contrast of air barium examination is higher thanothers in 34 cases of oesophagus carcinoma that of erosion and protrusion type is more easily demonstrated,spot type is second,and plat type is shown difficultly.As cancer infiltrated submucosa,all can be appeared onradiology.As mucous membrane are infiltrated,the detectable rate is 90.9%,which of the cancer in site isonly 33.3%,but is not confirmed.
