重症肝炎合并脑卒中 CT 表现(附五例报告)

The CT Appearances of Advanced Hepatitis Combined with Cerebral Apoplexy(Report of 5 Cases)

本文报道了5例重症肝炎合并脑卒中的CT 表现。经CT 扫描证实为脑内血肿伴蛛网膜下腔积血1例,缺血性脑梗塞和出血性脑梗塞各2例。并对其发病机制进行了探讨,认为与重症肝炎有一定关系。

The CT features of 5 cases of advanced hepatitis combined with cerebral apoplexywere reported.One case with intracephalic hematoma and blood collection in subarachnoid,2 cases withischemic infarction and 2 cases with hemorrhagic infarction all were verified by CT.Their pathogenywere discussed.We considered it had some relation to advanced hepatitis.
