功能性微小胰岛细胞瘤动脉造影CT诊断初步报告

Computed Tomographic Angiography in Diagnosis of Micro-functional Insulinoma

本文报告经脾动脉血管造影CT 对两例功能性微小胰岛细胞瘤(直径≤1.0cm)的定位诊断。1例肿瘤位于胰体尾部交界处,另1例位于胰头钩突处。两例均经手术病理证实。其它影像学检查如US、选择性血管造影、常规CT 平扫和动态团注增强CT,均未能发现肿瘤确切部位。笔者旨在介绍经脾动脉血管造影CT 在功能性微小胰岛细胞瘤的定位诊断不失为一种有实用意义的影像诊断新技术。

This paper presented 2 cases of micro-functional insulinoma(diameter≤1.0cm)localized by computed tomography splenic angiography(CTSA).One case of tumor is located betweenthe pancreatic body and tail,the other is sited in pancreatic uncinate process.Both are proved by surgico-pathology.The tumor is not founded by other imaging technique that included ultrasound,selectiveangiography,pre-contrast CT scan and dynamic incremental bolus CT.The author introduced thatCTSA is an effective imaging technique in diagnosis and localization of micro-functional insulinoma.
