浅表凹陷(Ⅱ_C)型早期胃癌的X线诊断(附139例分析)

X-ray Diagnosis of Early Gastric Carcinoma of Type Ⅱ_c(An Analysis of 139 Cases)

本文分析经手术证实的Ⅱ_c型早期胃癌139例,所有病例均有X线、胃镜及标本涂钡X线片对照观察。发现主要X 线征象为胃壁不整,柔软度减低或僵硬,这种异常表现在边缘像上易显示,是诊断Ⅱ_c 型早期胃癌的重要依据。

One hundred and thirty-nine patients with early gastric carcinoma of type Ⅱc provedby surgical pathology were analysed.All were compared reciprocally with radiograms,gastroscopy andradiological films of specimens which smeared with barium sulfate,The main X-ray manifestations are:(1)Irregularity of gastric wall;(2)Rigidity of the gastric wall or reduction of gastric flexibility.Theseabnormal appearances are easily found on profile view,and are very important evidence of diagnosingearly gastric carcinoma of type Ⅱc.
