摘要
经导管动脉灌注化疗改善了骨肿瘤手术前后的效果。本文比较了38例治疗前后骨肿瘤X 线征象和血管造影变化。从X 线平片上可发现软组织肿块影缩小,肿瘤钙化增加;而血管造影是估价化疗后肿瘤发生反应的最可靠临床指标。
Transcatheter arterial infusion Chemotherapy acts as improving the pre-andpostoperative treatment of skeletal tumors.In 38 patients with skeletal tumors,the manifestations ofconventional radiograms and angiographys after treatment were compared with that before treatment.Itwas showed the soft tissue mass decreased and the tumor calcification increased on plain films.And theangiographic changes are considered the most reliable evidence of evaluating curative effect.
