丹参和白细胞介素2对实验性肝纤维化鼠五种酶谱的影响 被引量:13

摘要 应用人血浆白蛋白制备大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型,并观察丹参注射液和重组白细胞介素2对其模型血清及肝组织中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等五种酶的影响,结果显示丹参治疗组大鼠血清中五种酶均较肝纤维化对照组明显降低。提示丹参注射液对免疫性肝纤维化的肝损伤有保护作用。 100 rats being received intravenous injection of human albumin (4mg/ rat) once biweekly developed liver fibrosis. 25 of them received sodium choride 0.5ml/rat by intramuscularly as liver fibrosis controls, 25 received colchicinum 0.15mg by poured into stomach. 25 received recombinant inter- leukin 2 (IL--2) 8U intramuscularly, 25 received salvia miltiorria bunge (SMB) injection 0.75g by same way. Another 20 rats received sodium choride 0.5ml by same way as normal control. All animals were treated once biweekly during 8 weeks. This results show the activities of ALT. AST. CK. AKP and LDH were higher obviously in rats with liver fi- brosis than the normal's, The activities of these five enzymes were lo- wer significantly in rats treated by SMB injection than these of rats with liver fibrosis controls and colchinum treated and IL--2 treated.It is suggested that using SMB injection can protect hepatocells in rats with immune liver fibrosis.
