摘要
本文从探讨信息化与可持续发展间关系的角度出发对我国三十一个省市自治区的区域信息化水平与可持续发展总能力做了线性相关分析,结果表明两者间存在着良好的正相关性,在此基础上阐明了现阶段大力推进信息化对于优化西部民族省区可持续发展能力而言的必要性和紧迫性,并进一步提出了相应的对策与措施。
From the angle of discussing the relations between the Informatization and the Sustainable Development, the author makes the linear correlation analysis to the 31 regions of the whole country, and finds that there is an excellent correlativity between the both sides. Based on the foregoing analysis, the author then illustrates that it is very necessary and urgent to optimize sustainable development capability of the west minority regions. Furthermore, the author also puts forward some approaches and suggestions for carrying into execution.
