摘要
对双重指示的酵母样真菌微量鉴定系统进行方法学评价,生化结果稳定性均>96%,批内与天间重复性经X^2检验确定为随机变异(p>0.05).白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、高里念珠菌的生化反应机率与Vitek AMS 鉴定概率间的相关系数分别为0.9729、0.9603、0.9291;22株酵母样真菌生化反应与Vitek AMS 60型分析仪之间的结果符合率为89.5%。初步提出了临床常见的酵母样真菌微量鉴定标准并对各种影响因素的质量控制进行探讨。
Evaluation of double-indicated microbic identification system for yeastlike fungi is reportedmethodologically.The stability of biochemical results is over 96%.Being tested by x^2,the replication within runand day-to-day indicates random variation(p>0.05).The biochemical positive rate of C.ablicans,C.tropicalis,C.guilliermondii have been shown to correlat highly with the identification probabilities.The correlationcoefficient(r)are 0.9729,0.9603,0.9291 respectively.With 22 yeastlike fungi we compare this system with VitekAMS 60,overall agreement of biochemical results reaches 89.5%.An identification standard for common medical-ly important yeasts has been put forward and quality control has been discussed in this artical.
