It is quite a prevalent drawback that problems in linguistic expression are always found in legislative documents in current operation, which include contradictions, logic errors, structural incorrectness, and stylistic anomalies. The resolution of these problems is an important task of the legislative research. There should be a comprehensive standardization from the perspective of the theories of legislative techniques, in addition to the endeavors as directed against the practical requirements of legislative action.
