The Use of The Fibrin Seal for Preventing Hemorrhages and Dry Sockets after Extracting Impacted Teeth

纤维蛋白粘合剂具有组织粘结,止血和促进伤口愈合等功能。本文选择210例手术复杂的下颌阻生智齿,采用随机双盲临床对照实验,应用纤维蛋白的粘合剂放置牙槽窝内,预防拔牙术后出血和干槽症,取得了明显的疗效。本文还对纤维蛋白粘合剂预防拔牙术后出血和干槽症的机理进行了探讨。

Fibrin Seal has currently used successfully for reuniting tissues, sealing wounds, controlling hemorrhages, and promoting wound healing in numerous surgical disciplines. The clinical applications and prospective evaluations of 210 patients in whom Fibrin Seal were used to prevent hemorrhages and dry socket alter extracting impacted teeth. The clinical response was good. Excellent results were obtained in controlling hemorrhages and dry socket.
