人正常和慢性炎症牙髓脂质过氧自由基的研究 被引量:3

The Study on Lipid Peroxide in PulpTissues of Normal Subjects and Patient With Chronic Pulpitis by ESR

摘要 本文选取人正常和慢性炎症牙髓组织,分别用电子自旋共振波谱议(ESR),在-130℃条件下测定了其中天然自由基。实验测得g∥=2.0200,g⊥=2.015的自旋共振信号,结果证实此自由基为脂质过氧自由基,且在炎症牙髓中该自由基含量较正常牙髓中的含量有显著提高,提示脂质过氧自由基可能是诱发牙髓炎症的一个重要因素。 The pulp tissues of normal subjects and patients with chronic pulpitis were selected in present study. Natural radical in those tissues was respectively detected with application of Electro Spin Resonance (ESR) under the temperatwre of -130℃. The Spin resonance signal of free radieal was obfaied with g//=2. 0200. g⊥ = 2. 015. The results of experiment shows that the radical is lipid peroxide free radical and the concentration of this radical in chronic pulpitis are remarkably more than that in normal pulp. It is suggested that lipid peroxide radical may be a significant factor to induce pulpitis.
