直径小于3厘米肾肿瘤的诊治(附7例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment in small renal tumor (Report of 7 cases)

报告直径小于3cm的肾肿瘤7例,手术时均先行肿瘤局部切除术,术中行冰冻活检,根据肿瘤性质决定手术方式。文中对小的肾脏实质性占位病变的诊断和治疗进行了讨论。

7 cases at renal tumor (smaller than 3cm in diameter) were reported. After tumor only was rescted and frozen section was made,the operation mode was decided depending on histological feature. The diagnosis and treatment at small renal mass was discussed.
