下颌前伸后髁突表面适应性改建的扫描电镜观察

摘要 本文应用扫描电镜对功能矫形前伸下颌后髁突表面超微结构的适应性改建进行了研究。结果发现,功能矫形前伸下颌后,髁突前份和中份表面轻度皱褶,表面细颗粒状物减少,但表层的凝胶样物质无破坏或消失的现象发生。表明功能矫形前伸下颌引起下颌关节紊乱综合征的可能性很小。 The purpose of this article is to survey the condylar surface adaptative changes after mandibular functional protrosion in young rat using scanning electron microscopy. The results were shown : The condylar surface was slightly uneven on the anterior and middle region in experimental group. Microarticles on the surface decreased a little bit. The agglutinating substance on the condylar surf ace, however, was existing, and no pathologic damage changes were observed on the surface. It is suggested that functional anterior displacement of mandible can't cause temporary mandibular joint disorder in young rat.
