摘要
BMP与微孔钛种植体、生物陶瓷涂层微孔钛种植体复合后,具有新骨形成早、骨早成熟的特点,加速了种植体—骨融合,缩短了种植周期,值得临床推广应用。
This study investigated the effects of BMP--composited porous titanium implant and bio-
ceeramic--coated porous titanium implant using SEM. TEM. LM. and ABC technique. The results showed
that earlier new bone formation and earliear new bone maturation were found at the interface between BMP-composited implants and the host bone . BMP could accelerate the integration of the interface . The implanted period was shortened. It would be of value in the clinic application.
