摘要
面向 2 1世纪加强和改进党校工作 ,必须坚持以“三个代表”为指导思想 ,按照先进性、创造性、实践性的原则 ,逐步建立起符合新世纪干部教育工作要求的教学体系、科研体系和保障体系。
It is necessary to hold the guiding thought of the three representatives and form the systems of teaching,researching guarantee according to the principle of advancement,creation and practice consisting with the demand of the cadre's education in order to strengthen and improve the party school work.
