完善我国国有公司法人治理结构的对策建议

Improvement On Governable Structures Of Juridical Person

目前 ,我国国有企业建立现代企业制度已取得积极进展 ,但公司法人治理结构仍不完善 ,影响企业的运营效率。本文结合实际 ,对建立和完善我国国有公司法人治理结构进行考察、分析。

At present,our nationalized enterprises have been gotten some achicvements at building modern enterprise systems,but governable structures of company juridical person is still imperfect to influence scheduled runs and efficiency.So,to integrate the practice and analyze perfect building governable structure of juridical person of our nationalized company is the problem to be studied in this paper.
