摘要
本文针对祁连山自然保护区的管理现状 ,提出了祁连山国家级自然保护区的有效管理与持续发展的总体思路和具体措施 ,认为强化生态工程建设 ,拓宽资金投入渠道 ,提高自身造血功能 ,把开放型保护、有效管理和持续发展融为一体 ,才能真正保护、建设和发展好祁连山自然保护区 ,走区域可持续发展之路。
According to the reality of the state's natural protective region of Qilian mountain,in this paper is put forward the integrate policy and concrete measure of its efficient management and sustainable development including the strenghthening of its ecological projects construction,the widening of its capital investment paths,the promoting its function of self-construction and the uniting of the open protection,the efficient management and the sustainable development .
