调整劳动关系机制建设初探
摘要
随着中国加入 WTO 和市场经济的不断发展,劳动关系矛盾日趋激烈,劳动争议不断增加,且群体劳动争议和集体上访尤为突出。本文在初步总结调整劳动关系机制建设实践经验的基础上,对进一步完善劳动关系机制建设的主要途径从“四个健全”上进行了阐述:健全平等协商和集体合同制度;健全职工代表大会制度;健全劳动关系三方协商机制;健全监督制约和保障机制。
