采用经直肠纵向超声断层动态检查诊断尿道闭锁8例,其结果均经手术证实。认为本法具有简便、安全、准确、可使患者免受X线照射、重复性好以及可动态观察等优点.还能鉴别闭锁段远、近端水平错位,克服了传说的尿道造影无法避免的位置差(重叠)。故并提出,本法可作为尿道闭锁的首选诊断方法以及评价手术效果及术后随访手段.

Real-time transrectal long(?)udinal ullrasonotomography was carried out for 8 cases of urethral atresia. The procedure was claimed to be simple, safe, non-traumatous and reliable. It offers an excellent method that is better than urethrography for diagnosis of urethral atresia and urethral stricture.
