Doppler rheopenisgram for the diagnosis of impotence: report of 250 cases

应用多普勒阴茎血流图对250例阳萎病人进行测定,测定结果用阴茎海绵体造影或生理盐水灌注勃起试验加以评估。结果提示该方法能正确地诊断和区分功能性阳萎和各类血管性阳萎(包括静脉回流失衡和动脉供血不全性阳萎),为阳萎诊断提供了一个无创性的诊断方法。

Doppler rheopenisgram was used for the determination of impotence in 250 cases. The examination results were assessed by cavernosography and/or normal salineinfused erection test. The results suggested that the procedure is generally well suited as a noninvasive method for correctly iden(?)ifying psychological and vasculogenic impotence, including those caused by venous outflow disturbance and arterial inflow insufficiency.
