Nephrolithotomy with no renal vascular occlusion: a new approach to the treatment of staghorn calculi (Report of 17 cases)

报告采用不阻断肾蒂肾实质切开新术式治疗铸形肾结石17例,效果满意。认为该术式操作简单,视野清晰,出血少,易于推广。

Seventeen patients with staghorn calculi underwent nephrolithotomy during which renal pedicle was not blocked and obtained satisfactory results. It is suggested that this approach is easily to perform with clear surgical field and minimal blood loss.
