尿道排尿回肠膀胱重建术

Urethral voiding bladder reconstruction with ileal segment

采用“U”形完整回肠管和圆柱状回肠袢,对全膀胱切除病人实施膀胱重建术9例,一期愈合8例,漏尿1例。经对“U”形完整回肠管和圆柱状回肠袢重建膀胱的几何容量、顺应性及蠕动方式等优、缺点加以比较。初步体会是:圆柱状回肠袢比“U”形完整回肠管重建的膀胱有更多的优越性。

U-shape ileal segment and cylinder-shape ileal conduit were used for bladder reconstruction in 9 patients who had total cystectomy. 8 patients had uneventful recovery and 1 experienced urinary leakage. This paper presents the surgical technique of this procedure and the early follow-up results. A comparison was made between the two procedures as to their reservoir capacity. compliance and type of peristalsis. It is considered that cylinder-shape ileal bladder reconstruction has advantages over u-shape ileal bladder replacement.
