应用肿瘤剜出术治疗孤立肾肾癌、双侧肾癌4例,达到保全肾组织和肾功能的目的。认为手术安全可靠,切实可行,对对侧肾功能不好的孤立功能肾肾癌和一般浅表多发肾癌或边缘型小肾癌亦可采用。

The surgical enucleation of tumors for the treatment of carcinomas of solitary or biletaral Kidneys is desirable in order to preserve renal tissues and functions. On the premise of quality, the surgical enucleation could protect and prolong the patients lives. Through the preliminary introduction of the treatment in four cases, it is sate and feasible. The surgical enucleation of tumors is considered equally to be best alternative way in the case of the renal carcinoma of the contraletaral ill-functional solitary functioning kidney. Meanwhile, it fits to dealing with the treatment of general superficial or marginal small kidney-carcinomas.
