宫颈癌放疗后的泌尿系统并发症

Urological complications following cervical carcinoma radiation

报告9例因宫颈癌行放射疗法而出现的严重并发症,其中4例为放射性出血性膀胱炎,认为经尿道行电灼术疗效较好;5例为梗阻性无尿,治疗上应以膀胱造瘘或输尿管皮肤造瘘为宜。同时,对并发症产生的原因进行了讨论。

We report 9 cases of severe complications following radiation for patients with cervical carcinoma. Of them, 4 were hemorrhagic cystitis and treated effectively with transurethral electrocautery; 5 suffered with anuria, and is indicated by cystotomy or cutaneous ureterostomy. The cause of complications is discussed.
