加强和完善高校体育师资队伍建设,在体育教学中引入竞争机制,教师挂牌上课,建立和完善管理制度及教师责任制,是符合我国社会主义市场经济理论的,是社会发展和新世纪提高人才培养质量的需要,是实现科教兴国战略目标,实现现代化建设宏伟目标和中华民族伟大复兴的需要。针对高校体育师资队伍建设问题进行探索,以求起到抛砖引玉的作用,共同探讨和解决好高校体育教学改革中的这一关键问题。

It is accord as our socialism society's theory of marketing economy to pay attention to sports faculty's construction, to take competition policy, to complete management and teacher's responsibility. It is require of society development and promoting quality of talented person in new century and it is also a need to realize the big aim of building modern country. We should keep in right status to catch the chance, to intensify our reform to develop our education, to meet new challenge. Research of construction of sports faculty university it is as a bridge to approach and solve the very important problem together of sports teaching's reform in university.
