摘要
为探讨高校太极拳的优化教学方法,通过实验研究,提出高校太极拳教学增加讲解的比例,有助于提高学生对太极拳的认识和学习的积极主动性,培养和维持学生习练太极拳的兴趣,符合素质教育和终身体育的指导思想;互惠式练习法有利于提高学生学习、观察、理解太极拳的能力;有利于提高课堂教学质量。
Some experiments have been done to explore the way to optimize the teaching of shadow boxing in institutions of higher learning. The results of the experiments show that increasing the proportion of the teacher's interpretation in the class of shadow boxing is helpful to enhance the students' understanding of shadow boxing and their initiative in learning it, and cultivate and mentions their interest in it as well, which is in accordance with the guiding ideology of quality education and lifelong physical education. The results also show that the reciprocal training method can improve the students' abilities of learning, observing and understanding shadow boxing, which is good to the improvement of the teaching effect.
