摘要
通过对投掷标枪技术分析及教学实践发现:教学中能否正确理解掷标枪技术特点;对掷标枪的各环节技术能否进行全面与重点的分解教学;能否将各环节技术分解教学效果进行及时合理的衔接以构成完整投掷标枪技术,是提高掷标枪完整技术教学质量的主要途径。
According to analyzes and practice of Javelin teaching. It was found that it was chief pathway to improve teaching quality that understanding rightly skill feature and decomposing teaching whole and all-sided to each link skill and engagement of each link skill timely and reasonably to construct whole skill of throwing Javelin.
