摘要
记忆策略是影响运动学习的一个主要因素,也是体育教学的一项重要内容。作者以普通女大学生为研究对象,通过健美操教学实验,发现在健美操不同的学习时期运用不同的记忆策略,有助于女大学生健美操成绩的提高。
The memory tactics is not only the main factor to affect the sports study, but also one of the important contents in sports education. By the test of calisthenics education, the writer found that using different memory tactics in different calisthenics study period would help the woman college students to get their good results.
