摘要
本文对英语无主限定分句进行了综合分类,着重阐释了相关的疑难问题.作者明确指出,表示同一属性比较的than/as引导的无主限定分句是由这种比较句式的必须省和任选省形成的句法结构,同时揭示了这类句式两种省略的实质,从而对论及的问题作出了更为科学和有效的解释.
This essay classifies subjectless finite clauses and lays emphasis on analyzing the structure of the sentence containing subjectless comparative finite clauses introduced by than or as . The author clearly points out in such clauses there are usually two kinds of ellipsis: namely optional and obligatory ellipsis , and makes a profound research on the essence of the two ellipses so that we can solve the issue in question more effectively and scientifically.
