摘要
本文通过对西方国家公司法人治理结构的变化 ,以及我国公司法人治理结构的特点分析 ,从职工董事、监事与普通董事、监事在公司法人治理结构中的地位和作用的不同 ,探讨了职工董事、监事在公司治理结构中的法律地位。
This article will analyse the change of the legal person system of governance for enterprises in western countries and the characteristics of the legal person system of governance for enterprises in China It will discuss the legal position of the workers' sitting in the board of directors & board of supervisors in the corporate governance because of their different positions and roles between the workers' sitting in the board of directors & board of supervisors and ordinary persons' sitting in the board of directors & board of supervisors
