摘要
国有企业公司制改革的方向是建立现代企业制度 ,实行法人治理结构的创新。现代企业制度中“股东至上主义”逻辑与“共同治理”原则分别对职工地位产生不同影响。在“共同治理”原则下 ,职工地位的确定表现为 :主人、利益相关者和雇员。
