经食管左房后壁起搏的P波分析

The P wave analysis from the pacing of transeeophageal left atrium posterior wall

100例无心脏病者经食管左房后壁起搏的 P 波分析表明:Pv_1正双峰(多数为园顶尖峰)型占52%.直立型占46%;P_1.V_(?)平坦型分别占48%与61%;P 电轴右倾占51.5%。这与“左房心律”的诊断标准不完全相符.提示单以 P 波形态确定左房心律仍有探讨的必要。

The P wave analysis from the pacing of transesophageal left atriumposterior wall in 100 patients with nonheart disease showed that the Pv_1 of perfect bifid(the majority was dome and dart)pattern was 52%;the Pv_1 of erect pattern was 46%;the majority of P_1 and Pv_6 were flat pattern,they were 48% and 61% respectively;theright axis deviation of P wave was 51.5%,that was not consistent with the diagnosticcriteria of“left atrial rhythm”.Our observation suggests that the confirmation of the leftatrial rhythm using simply the P wave morphology is still necessary for further investi-gation.
