数字化二维超声心动图对心肌梗塞左室局部室壁运动定量分析

Quantitative analysis of regional left ventricular wall motion in myocardial infarction by digitized two-dimensional echocardiography

应用2-DE及数字化计算机图象分析技术定量分析了45例MI患者左室局部室壁运动,并与健康人对比。MI患者左定局部室壁运动明显低于健康组;室壁运动异常发生率高于EF异常发生率;局部室壁运动异常范围与LVEF呈负相关。

Fcrtyfive patients with myocardial infarction were quantitatively assessed by two-dimensional echocardiography and digital computer-aided analysis system. Compared with the normal subjects, the prevalence of abnormal regional left ventvieular wall motion was significantly morethan that of abnormal global left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and there was an inverse correlation between the number of abnormal segments and global LVEF (r=-0.44, P<0.05)
