Comparative study of hemodynamics and cardiac function before and after percutaneous balloon mitral vaivuloplasty

本文对比研究75例MS患者行PBMV治疗前、后的血流动力学和心功能的变化。结果显示,术后血流动力学参数和各项心功能指标均有显著改善。表明PBMV是一项非开胸治疗MS的有效方法。

The paper reported the comparative study of hemodynamics and cardiac function before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV) in 75 cases with rheumatic mitral stenosis (MS). The result showed that all the indices of hemodynamics and cardiac function improved significantly which meant that PBMV was an effective treatment for MS.
