摘要
本文采用Swan-Ganz导管测定了10例中度高血压患者尼莫地平40mg顿服后的血流动力学变化。结果用药后1、2、3小时SBP分别降低10%、13%和13%;DBP分别降低8%、10%1和11%;Si分别增加16.9%、15.1%和16.5%。体循环阻力、DP和平均PAWP与血压呈一致性下降。CO服药后可见增加。上述血流动力学参数于服药后6小时恢复到用药前水平。表明:尼莫地平对中度高血压病有中等度的降压作用,且能改善心脏的泵血功能,增加心输出量,还能明显降低心肌氧耗指数。
This paper studied the hemodynamic effects of a single dose of nimodipine (NM) (40 mg, po) in 10 patients with essential hypertension by Sv.an-Ganz catheteri-zation, NM reduced systolic blood pressure by 10%, 13% and 13%, reduced diastolic blood pressure by 8%, 10% and 11% and increased stroke volume index by 16.9%, 15. 1% and 16.5% at 60, 12o and 180 minutes respectively after oral administering the drug. The moderate reduction of blood pressure was accompanied by a significant decrease in peripheral resistance, heart rate-Systolic blood pressure product and mean pulmonary wedge pressure. Cardiac output was increased without any significant changes in heart rate. Such ahemo-dynamic effects of NM returned to the baseline at 6 hours after administering the drug.
