心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素的测定及意义

A study on the plasma endothelin in patients with heart failure

用特异性放射免疫法测定受试者血浆内皮素(ET)水平,发现心衰组明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001);心功能Ⅲ级组明显高于Ⅱ级组。提示ET水平可反映心功能损害的严重程度,并可作为判定疗效的一个指标。此外,还发现急性心肌梗塞(AMI)泵衰竭者血浆ET水平高于各种原因引起的慢性充血性心力衰竭(CFH)者,但由冠心病、风心病、心肌病等引起的CFH患者间血浆ET水平无明显差异,从而佐证了AMI泵衰竭系严重缺血缺氧所致的观点。

Plasma edothelin (ET) was determined in 40 cases with heart failure with radioim-munoassay. The plasma level of ET was 35. 99±2. 054pg/ml. In normal control group,the plasma ET was 6. 354±0. 441pg/ml. The difference between these two group was statistically significant (P<0. 01). Plasma ET level decreased after the heart failure was treated,but was still higher than that in normal control group (P<0. 01). Plasma ET level in heart function class I group was significantly higher than that in heart function class I group.
