依那普利治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical evaluation of enalapril in treatment of congestive heart failure

常规抗心衰治疗未能满意控制的充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者加用依那普利(5mg bid口服),经2～4个月观察,结果示单剂依那普利5mg 6小时后,A Ⅱ明显降低;血流动力学明显改善。2～4个月后,A Ⅱ降低与血流动力学改持续存在,心功能平均改善1.1级,绝大多数病人耐受性良好,生活质量明显提高。

26 patients with CHF (NYHA functional class Ⅱ to Ⅳ),who had not been controlled successfully by conventional therapy, were involved in this study. They were treated by addition of enalapril 5mg twice daily to conventional treatments and follow up for 2-4 months. Results: 6 hours after first intaking 5mg enalapril,A Ⅱ declined significantly,as well as hemodynamic condition improved markedly. Over 2-4 months,these beneficial changes of A Ⅱ and hemodynamics continued to preserve. NYHA functional class improved by 1. 1 class,the quality of life was enhanced and the treatment was tolerated well by most of patients.
