国产咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣随机双盲对照临床研究

A Clinical Study of 5% Demostic Imiquimod Crean Treatment for Condyloma Acuminatum with a Randomized Double - Blind Parallel Placebo - Contr - oiled

目的:观察国产5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床研究方法,入选病例外搽试验药物,并轻轻按摩,每周3次,疗程8周。结果:治疗组疗后4、6、8周的治愈率分别为28.57％,52.38％,71.43％;对照组分别为18.18％,22.73％,27.27％;治疗组疗后4、6、8周的有效率分别为66.67％,76.19％,80.95％。对照组分别为31.82％(P=0.0337),31.82％(P=0.0058),31.82％(P=0.0019)。结论:5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣疗效好,不良反应轻,使用方便。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 5% imiquimod cream in topical treatment of external anogenital warts. Methods: A randomized, double - blind, parallel placebo - controlled clinical study was conducted. The patients according to selecting standard were treated topically and massaged lightly with trail drug, 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Results: Results showed that the cure rates were 28.57%, 53.38% and 71.43% respectively in study group for 4, 6 and 8 weeks and the cure rates were 18.18%, 22.73% and 27.27% respectively in control group for 4, 6 and 8 weeks. The effective rates were 66.67% , 76.19% and 80.95% respectively in study group for 4, 6 and 8 weeks and the effective rates were 31.82% ( P = 0.0337) , 31.82% ( P = 0.0058) and 31.82% ( P = 0.0019) respectively in control group for 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Conclusion:5% imiquimod cream can be used in topical treatment of external anogenital warts and the medieation was effectively, safety and conveniently.
