环孢菌素A治疗成人重型再障9例

Clinical Therapy with Cyclosporin A in Nine Patient with Adult Severe Aplastic Anemia

本文报告用环菌素A治疗9例成人重型再生障碍性贫血临床观察。男6例,女3例,平均年龄28岁。其中1例基本治愈,2例明显进步,3例外周血象无变化,但皮肤粘膜出血情况明显减轻,2例死于颅内出血,1例失访。文章就环孢菌素A的疗效及副作用等有关问题进行了讨论。

A clinical observation was reported on nine patients with adult se-vere aplastic anemia treated with Cyclosporin A. There were 6 males and 3 famales.The average age was 28 years old. The result of treatment showed that completerevovery achieved is one patient and remarkable success is 2. In three unresponsivecases the bleeding tendency reduced obviously, 2 died of intracranial hemorrhage dur-ing the coures and one losed contact. The results of treatment and side-effects of Cy-closoprin A were discussed.
