自体免疫疗法联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的研究

Study on Treatment of Condyloma Acuminata with Self - body Artificial Active Immunization Plus CO2 Laser.

目的:了解自体自动免疫(SAAI)联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效及作用机理。方法:治疗组(T)29例用SAAI加CO_2激光治疗,对照组(C)33例单用CO_2激光治疗。两组治疗前及治疗后3个月,用S·P法和双抗体夹心ELISA法检测CA患者外周血中的CD_3、CD_4、CD_8以及IL_2、IL_(10)、IL_(12)。结果:治疗组29例治愈22例,复发5例、失访2例,治愈率81.48％(22/27)。对照组33例治愈16例、复发14例、失访3例,治愈率53.33％(16/30)。两组治愈率差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组治愈率高于对照组。治疗组治疗前后CD_4、CD_4/CD_8、IL_2、IL_(10)、IL_(12)的改变与对照组相比有高度显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:自体免疫联合CO_2激光治疗CA是一种有效的方法,它通过提高CA患者体内CD_4、CD_4/CD_8、IL_2、IL_(12)降低,IL_(10),并使之恢复正常而发挥治疗作用。

Objective:In order to study the role and effect of treatment condyloma acuminata(CA) with serf- body artificial active immunization (SAAI) combining with CO2 laser surgery. Methods: 29 adult patients with CA were treated by SAAI plus CO2 laser( treatment group) and 33 by C02 laser( control group) . The T- cell subpopulation in peripheral blood were determined by S P. Interleukins(IL) were determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results:22 cases(81.48%) in treatment group were cured, 5 cases failed and 2 cases losted, and 16 cases in control group were cured, 14 cases failed and 3 cases losted. The treatment efficacy of SAAI plus CO2 laser was better than that of CO2 laser alone, the difference was statistics significant ( P < 0.025) . The indication showed little difference between two groups. Before and after treatment, the concetrication of CD4, IL2, IL10 and IL12, the rate of CD4/CD8 were statistics significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The machanism of the treatment procdure was balance CD4, CD4/CD8, IL2, IL12, IL10 in CA patients.
