中西医综合疗法治疗重度寻常痤疮的疗效观察

The Observation of the Efficacy of Comprehensive Therapy in Treatment of Acne Conglobata

目的:探讨综合疗法治疗重度寻常痤疮的临床效果。方法:33例门诊病人随意分为两组,治疗组23例,采用中西医综合疗法;对照组10例,单纯西药治疗。4周为一疗程,观察临床疗效。结果:综合治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为91.3%和80%,两者比较无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:说明辩证与辩病结合,内服与外用并举的综合疗法治疗重度寻常痤疮有较好的疗效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive therapy in treatment of acne con-globata. Methods: 33 cases were randomly divided into two groups. In study group (23 cases) the comprehensive therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine was adpcoted. In control group western medicine was the only therapy. Four week made up one therapeutic course. Results: The total efficacy rate in study and control groups were 91.3% and 80% respectively. The clnical effect of two groups were markedly difference ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine was an effective therapy in treatment of acne conglobata.
