213例解脲支原体的药物敏感性研究

Study of the Sensitivity of Ureaplasma Urealyticum to 10 Antibiotics in Vitro in Huiyang City

目的:了解非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)病例中解脲支原体(UU)对10种抗生素的敏感性、耐药性。方法:应用肉汤稀释法对213株UU进行10种抗生素体外药物敏感性检测。结果:对UU敏感性较高的3种抗生素为:交沙霉素、阿齐霉素、美霉素。其敏感率分别为81.2％、79.3％、71.8％。而UU耐药性较高的3种抗生素为:四环素、乙酰螺旋霉素、红霉素,其耐药率分别为59.6％、47.4％、38.5％。结论:目前流行的UU菌株耐药形势严峻,对UU引起的泌尿生殖道感染进行药物敏感性检测对临床用药有重要指导意义。

Objective: In order to study the sensitivity of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) to 10 antibiotics in vitro in Huiyang. Methods: Antibacterial activities of 10 antimicrobial agents against 213 strains of ureaplasma urealyticum ( UU) were detected by the broth dilution. Results: Josamycin, azithromycin, minocycline were highly active against UU. UU was hightly resistant to tetracycline, acetyl spiramcin, erythromycin. Conclusion: The study indicated that the resistant UU isolates in Huiyang were serious and suggested the drug sensitivity test on ureaplasma has important signficance to clinical practice.
