人骨髓巨核细胞内出现其他血细胞的观察

Obsevation of the Blood Cell was Engulfed by Megakary Ocyte in Person's Bone Marrow

观察85例骨髓涂片,有61例骨髓巨核细胞内出现其他血细胞,占观察例数的71.7％。一些血细胞有明显异常的疾病,如缺铁性贫血、巨幼细胞贫血等,骨髓内出现其他血细胞的巨核细胞数和正常人、脾功能亢进等相比较有显著增多,提示骨髓内出现其他血细胞的巨核细胞数量与血细胞有无明显异常有一定的关系。

We have observed 85 cases bone marrow smear and found the other blood cells were engulfed by megakaryocyte in 61 cases. There were 71.7％. a number of blood cells have obvious disorder in appearance, such as iron deficiency anemia, megaloblostic anemia and so on. It is obvious that the quantity of meagkaryocytes that engulfed other blood cell in bone marrow who has iron deficiency anemia and meagloblastic anemia are more that who has hypersplenism and normal person. It indicates that the quantity of megakaryocyte that engulfed the other cells have relations with the blood cell has disorder or not.
