腹腔内脏器破裂大出血手术抢救配合
摘要
腹腔内脏器破裂大出血均伴有不同程度的休克，病情危急，在积极补充血容量的同时应边抗休克，边手术止血。因此，手术室护士应熟悉抢救措施，有条不紊地做好各项准备工作，与麻醉师、手术医师密切配合，确保抢救手术的顺利进行，提高病人存活率起到重要作用。我院2001—12/2002—01共抢救98例腹腔内脏破裂大出血病人，现总结如下。
