腰椎间盘突出症是一种常见病,一般诊断并不困难,但由于突出物解剖与病理变化不同,在临床上常出现不典型的征象。结合术中所见,我们在临床上见到五种类型:①侧弯型,②跛行型,③脚下垂型,④马尾综合征型,⑤腰椎管狭窄症型。通过病史及细心查体,诊断并不困难,个别病人行推管造影,CT 或 MRI 检查是有益的。

Protrusion of lumbar intervertibral disc is a common dis- rose,It's diagnosis my not be difficult.But,clinically,atypical symptoms and sighs of this disease occur frequently due to vari- ant manifestations in anatomical locations and pathological changes of the disc protrusion.On the basis of clinical features, with our findings during operations,this disease may he classi- fied into 5 types:(1)Laterally bent type,(2)Limping type,(3) Foot—drop type,(4)Cauda equina syndrome type and(5)Lum- bar vertibral canal stenosis type.It Is not difficult to make cor- rect diagnosis through careful Inquiries of the history and thor- ough physical examination of the patient.X—ray films of spinal canal,CT or NMRI may be helpful and indicated in some indi- viduals.
