摘要
本文用单项免疫扩散法测定了133例患者脑脊液中的α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)和α_1酸性糖蛋白(α_1-AG)的水平,结果表明α_1-AT、α_1-AG 是鉴别化脑、结脑、病脑等神经系统疾病的良好指标.化脑时α_1-AT 和α_1-AG 显著增高,分别为0.159±0.050g/L 和0.127±0.046g/L;结脑时α_1-AT、α_1-AG 分别为0.113±0.026g/L、0.096±0.024g/L,比正常高;而病脑时α_1-AT 和α_1-AG 则正常。脑膜白血病患者的α_1-AT、α_1-AG 与其它急性白血病比较有显著意义。脑血栓与脑出血患者α_1-AT 比较有显著意义,但两病患者的α_1-AG 比较无差异。对脑损伤等神经系统病时的脑脊液α_1-AT、α_1-AG也进行了测定。此法可为中枢神经系统疾患的鉴别诊断提供实用依据。

Abstract:The levels of alpha 1—antitrypsinase(AT)and alpha 1
—acidic—gluooprotein(AG)in the cerebrospinal fluid of 133
patients were determined with the method of simple immunodif-
fusion assay.The results showed that the levels of AT and AG
may be used as good indicators for the differential diagnosis of
nervous system diseases such as purulent meningitis,tuberculous
meningitis,vital meningitis,etc.The levels of AT and AG in pu-
rulent meningitis inereased markedly too.0.159±0.050 g/L
and 0.127±0.046 g/L,respectively,while those in viral
meningitis rangde within the normal limits.The levels of AT and
AG in patients with meningeal leukemia were significantly dif-
ferent form those in other acute leukemic patients.There was a
significant differencd in AT levels between cerebral thrombosis
and cerebral hemorrhage patients,whereas there was no differ-
ence in AG levels between thses two diseases.The levels of AT
and AG had also been determined in cerebrospinai fluid of other
nervous system diseases,including brain injuries.Thus.this test
may provide useful evidences for differential diagnosis of CNS
disease.
