摘要
自1983～1989年作者应用 Olympus 纤维结肠镜为14岁以下患儿进行诊断与治疗性镜检,未发生任何并发症。本文回顾性总结了小儿纤结镜在临床应用中的重要作用,确认息肉是下消化道出血的主要原因。文内阐述了镜检注意事项和防治并发症的具体措施。本镜检尚可用于小肠出血的定位与治疗、肠套叠的诊断与整复。
We had operated Olympus fiberendocolcacopy
(both diagmostic and therapeutic)in 110 infants under age of
14 from 1983 to 1989 without any complications.The impoftant
roles of infantile fiberendocoioscopy played in clinical use were
summarized retrospectively.It was confirmed that polyps were
major,causes of lower G—I tract bleeding.Concrete measures to
prevent and manase various complications were mentioned in
this paper.Fiberendocolcacopy may also be used in localization
and management of small intestine bleedins,as well as in diagno-
sis and restitution of intersusception.
