田基黄对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察田基黄对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用化学毒物四氯化碳(CCl_4)致小鼠肝脏损伤,测定其生化指标并观察病理组织学改变。结果:田基黄能降低CCl_4肝损伤所致的小鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)升高(P<0.05)。病理组织学检查提示田基黄能减轻肝细胞变性、坏死。结论:田基黄对小鼠实验性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。 Objective: To study the protective effects of Tianjihuang on experimental hepaticinjury in mice.Methods: The model of hepatic injury was induced by CCl_4. The biochemical indxes were determined and his-topathological changes were observed. Results: Tianjihuang significantly inhibited the rising of serum alaninetransaminase (ALT) induced by CCl_4 The liver pathological examination showed that Tianjihuang could alleviatethe condition of the degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells in the intoxicating mice. Conclusions: Tianjihuanghad significant protective effects on experimental hepatic injury in mice.
