DA、HA合VP—16方案治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病13例疗效观察

Curative oberservations on 13 patients with acute nonlymphatic leukemia treated with DA.HA and Vp—16 programm

本文对13例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患者(M_12例,M_26例,M_43例,M_52例),依靠药敏、药代、血象、骨髓象,应用 DA、HA 合 VP—16治疗后,达到完全缓解9例,占66.7%;部分缓解2例,占15.4%。总缓解率为82.1%。并对上述各种化疗药物的毒副作用及治疗失败的病例进行讨论。

according to the following: sensitiveness and dynamic experiments of the drugs, ordinary blood and maarrow examinations,we use DA, HA and Vp—16 to treat thirteen cases(M_12 cases,M_2, 6eases.M_43 cases,M_52 cases)Who have acute nonlym- phocyetic leukemta(ANLL).The result is that nine cases reach complete return taking up 66.7 percent,and that two cases set to part return,taking up 15.4 percent.The total rate of return is 82.1 percent.Then we discuss the poisonous and side effect of chemioraphy and the cause of failure in curing.
